Your support is critical for Phoenix Children’s Hospital to offer expert, family-centered care.
Pediatric nurse practitioner Amy E. Heinrich, PNP-BC, loves watching the development and changes her patients go through as they grow from newborns into young adults.
Amy earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Amy provides patients and their families personalized care with compassion. She calls Phoenix Children's home because it's "an amazing institution that truly cares for children."
Knowing patients and families often face obstacles both in health and in their lives, she provides holistic, patient- and family-focused care.
"Illness in children is never self-inflicted or caused by poor choices," she says.
When not treating patients, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and being outdoors hiking and running.
